Thoughts of the Imagination

Wtf. Stressed out wei. That's what I often get or hear from my friends. Complaining about assignments and due dates are common, burning midnight oil is also in particular as well and last but not least would be the relationships problem in almost everyone. Ish. I just don't get it. Why would someone feel stress when you just know that you are going to have assignments? YES! It's not even given yet and you are basically stressing over it== Dam lebih lar.

I am a person who rarely faces stress. Nothing special about it. Not feeling proud of it either. Ish. Imagine your parents scolding you for not looking stressed. To make things clearer, I have a cousin who's the same age as me. We were in the same class in high school and the same course in Foundations. Zz. WTH. So, when there's an exam she will lock herself in the room and revise all her work. Then, her mother which is my aunt, would come over to my home and yum char during the evening. There, she would always highlight about my cousin revising her work. This and That== Zz. When my parents heard from her, they would always talk to me about not feeling stress or not doing my work. It's kind alike scolding and nagging already. Haha. Zz. Imagine that. Scolding someone for not being stressed?==

Dam sien. Not to say I don't feel stress at all. It's better or more appropriate to say I overcome all the stresses that I am bound to have. So more or less, I am a stress free person. Exams or assignments due the following day, I would always smile:) and do the things I like. I have my ways of relieveing the stresses. The best way for me would be playing basketball. I put the stress and negative thoughts I have into each shot. Shooting the ball meant throwing away the negative thoughts and aiming for the rim meant aiming for the garbage bin. Haha. Weird way huh?XD Hei, let me ask you readers 2 questions.

Would you:

Rather stress over your assignment, frowning and complaining over the date line of the assignment then, worrying that you could not find the materials, which will probably lead to improper health issues like; not having to eat properly and lack of sleep? Eventually finishing your assignment after going through all the above? [It's an ORDEAL==]

Or

Rather have fun while doing your assignment? For example, still have the time to hang out with your friends? Zz. Short and simple. Finish your assignment with a smile on your face.

Basically, stress can easily be solved by thw way you think. Always having a positive mind would be great. Positive thinking is importantXD. Stress is caused by worrying and worrying is a sort of negative thought of aspect. How does a person thinks negatively? With your brain. You control your own brain which means, you let yourself think on what your imagine. An imaginations are never true. And yet you worry over what is not true. That sounds kinda ridiculous to me== Picture yourself in a thought which will cause you to have stress. Ok, if you can't then picture this. Read the following text then close your eyesXD. Haha.

Imagine yourself in an emptiness. Yes. Emptiness. You can see nothing, including yourself. Everywhere is juzt plain white. You can't see yourself. You can't hear or smell anything either. There's no such thing as a universe anymore. The world is completely gone. No Life. No Time. There's basically nothing out there. What would you feel?

Let's say you had just went through something important. Like a surgery, an important match, or a life and death experience. You underwent your surgery knowing that there' someone who loves you waiting for you, playig the game and dedicating it to the person you love and all you can think of during the life and death experience is hugging him/her in your arms. Your life is basically nothing without him/her. You can't wait to tell him/her what you had just been through hoping that hee/she would hold you in the arms and comfort you or congratulate you. Things just got better when you saw the person you loved so much cheating right before your very own eyes. WTF. I know, it's abit dramatic. Zz. You see him/her holding hands with someone else and clearly enjoying each other's company. If you had either just gone through WOOT! What would you do? How would you feel? Most importantly, what are the things going through your mind ath the very moment?

Lol. I don't know whether you can feel stress through those texts anot== Either way, after picturing either situation which probably had you thinking negatively and probably might cause you stress, now you look at yourself in the mirror and try asking yourself "What was I thinking?" It never did happened and probably will never happen at all. Zz. Make good use of your brain:). You just wasted millions of brain cells which can be used for better work each time you imagine things that won't even come true. Ish. What i am trying to tell is that, please plan your things properly before doing your assignments and studying for the finals. Be Positive. That's importanttXD.

OKOK! ENOUGH ABOUT STRESS! Zzz. Crap so much== Lol. Don't know whether can help anot. Ish. I ain't a psychologist. Haha.
